SEA180° Coastal Tavern is excited to host Beach Side Oysters & Bubbles- featuring 11 Sparkling Wine & 6 Oyster varieties, tray passed hors d'oeuvres, Chef Demonstrations for “How to Shuck” & Interactive recipe station for how to make mignonette & cocktail sauces all to the tunes of Steel Drum Music by Adrian Ahearn.
We are celebrating California Wine month by serving 11 different California Sparkling wines with oysters. This event will take place on the patio next to the pool of the Pier View South Hotel overlooking the white sands of Imperial Beach. Adrian Ahern will provide the atmosphere with his steel drum.
